Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the 444j platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the 444j platform, including visitors who browse the site without creating an account, registered players, and any other person who accesses or uses 444j.io in any capacity.

By clicking "I Agree", by completing the account registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager on the 444j platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you are accessing the 444j platform on behalf of another individual, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms.

444j reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 444j will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of the 444j platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 444j platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 444j strictly prohibits use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21, and any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately and permanently closed.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of 444j or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

444j reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation when requested will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 444j's services, including sports betting, live casino, and slots, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid mobile phone number.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits held therein.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must notify 444j immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 444j reserves the right to refuse any account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Players must keep their account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to name, address, or contact details must be promptly updated by contacting 444j support.

444j may, at its sole discretion, impose account-level limits on deposits, wagers, or access to certain game categories during any period in which the identity or age of the account holder has not been fully verified.

Deposits & Payments

444j accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected Visa and Mastercard arrangements. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — is strictly prohibited. 444j reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as having originated from the account holder's own payment method.

• Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances on the 444j platform are displayed in BDT.
• 444j does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees and these are the sole responsibility of the player.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error, the player must contact 444j support immediately. 444j will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee that erroneous deposits can be reversed once funds have been credited.
• Deposits that are subject to an active chargeback or dispute with a payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of the associated 444j account pending investigation.

444j may apply enhanced due diligence checks to large deposits in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be asked to provide documentation confirming the source of funds. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction or closure of the account.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24 hours of submission, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements applicable at the time.

444j will endeavour to process withdrawals via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account, where that method supports withdrawals. If this is not operationally possible, 444j will contact the player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

• 444j reserves the right to request identity verification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request. This applies particularly to first withdrawals and to withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only funds that have met the applicable bonus wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but never wagered (i.e., deposits must be wagered at least once before being eligible for withdrawal, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion).
• 444j reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and carry out additional verification checks in cases where unusual account activity or suspected fraud is identified.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each offer's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the 444j platform contribute equally — or at all — toward bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the individual offer terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time, unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise.
• No-abuse policy: 444j reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.
• Promotional eligibility: 444j reserves the right to determine which players are eligible for any given promotion and to withdraw or amend promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of any error in the calculation or display of a bonus offer, the correct promotional terms as communicated by 444j shall apply and any erroneous credit will be reversed.

Players who use a cryptocurrency wallet, a VPN, or a proxy service to access 444j may be disqualified from bonus eligibility at 444j's sole discretion.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 444j platform are provided by third-party game suppliers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444j platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the 444j platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, or communicating with other players in a live game environment in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the 444j platform or in any game provided on the platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 444j support immediately.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate transactions.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the 444j back-end systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in any behaviour intended to disrupt the platform's normal operation, including denial-of-service attacks, spam, or flooding of support channels.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 444j platform — including but not limited to the 444j brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of 444j or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 444j platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any content from the 444j platform; creating derivative works based on platform content; or reverse-engineering any part of the 444j software or game systems.

Any unauthorised use of 444j's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute a criminal or civil infringement under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

444j collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the 444j Privacy Policy. Limitation of Liability

• The content, terms, or accuracy of third-party game providers' game rules or payout calculations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 444j's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

444j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The account holder's failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by 444j.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in connection with the account.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute instruction from the account holder's payment provider.
• Any legal requirement, court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement body requiring 444j to restrict or close the account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 444j support. On voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Amendments to These Terms

444j may revise and update these Terms at any time. When changes are made that materially affect players' rights or obligations, 444j will provide notice by email to registered players and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 444j platform for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the 444j platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and 444j, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting 444j support at the contact details provided in Section 15.

444j aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution process at 444j's discretion.

The 444j platform is operated as an entertainment service. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 444j makes no representation that the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.
